XWA X-Wing Store Championship May 24th & 25th Product Description
We are excited to partner with the Sith Taker Open team and the X-Wing alliance to announce the first store championship for the XWA OP season. Kicking off XWA events at Element games in style, this 2 day premier level event is sure to attract some of the best pilots from the local area, and beyond.
The event format will align to the main XWA competitive format - more to come on this in the near future.
Day 1 will be a swiss tournament, with 5 rounds. All players who achieve a score of 4-1 or better will make the cut.
A play in round for the top cut of 16 will occur if needed following the end of day 1
Day 2 is the top cut, single elimination to decide the champion.
Each round will be played over 75 mins (1hr 15 mins) with the tournament random timer adjustment of +/- 3 mins per round
Depending on ticket sales, we may amend the event format - we will be in regular communication with ticket holders if this is the case.
Registration
You will automatically register for the event when you buy a ticket. We will be running the event via the Longshanks tournament software and will send out links to register in the run up to the event.
